How does it work at Big Orange?
No. Everything is ready and waiting: microphones, preamps, cameras for video, lighting. You just need to show up. Have a preference for specific equipment? Let us know and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Not at all. Most people walking in for the first time don’t know quite what to expect either. The technician explains how it works, we do a soundcheck, and then you just start. First recordings always take a little getting used to. That’s completely normal.
Yes, at every session. They monitor quality throughout, adjust the sound when needed, and make sure you can start at the right moment. This is not a self-service studio.
You receive the raw recording the same day or the next day via WeTransfer or cloud. Ordered editing too? Allow three to five working days, depending on complexity.
Yes. We handle complete post-production: editing, audio mastering, custom music and sound design, and distribution to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and social media. You can also order individual elements. Not everything has to be one package.
Yes, at both locations. We film in 4K and you can choose from different setups. For video we recommend planning a little extra time at the start of the session for camera setup.
Yes. We cut relevant moments from your recording and turn them into vertical clips for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. You can specify which fragments using timecodes, or we select the best bits ourselves.
